When I created Secret Scents of Ella there was a need, desire, and space for self-care in the black community. I rarely saw black women discuss or take advantage of self-care. So, I decided to create tools black women could utilize right at home.

I took some time to discover what kind of impact I wanted to have on my community. And I decided to reimagine how my culture experiences candles.

To bridge the gap between black women, art, and fragrance through storytelling.

Secret Scents of Ella is a lifestyle that provides black women the life she deserves.

Every black woman deserves an environment at home that she never wants to escape from, black women deserve a lavish life, black women deserve to be represented, black women deserve to be spoiled, and black women deserve (period.)

I want to give you lasting memories through scents, Secret Scents of Ella is more than a candle brand; this is the beginning of a movement.
